"Whats wrong with the world"

I had a nightmare the other night,
The world was filled with confusion,
uncertainty, war, terrorism, death, famine and poverty.
In my nightmare, I yell out from the top of my lungs,
Why? Why? Please tell me why?

The environment was poisoned by pollution and toxic wastes.
The ozone layer had deteriorated, resulting
in the extinction of flora and fauna species.
Tress were diminishing due to excess lumbering
Why? Why? Please tell me why.

We invaded our bodies with foreign
substances like tobacco and alcohol.
Disease ran rampant!!!
Our young were blinded by drugs as
they attempted to escape reality.
Why? Why? Please tell me why?

This is why!

As humanity develops scientifically, economically
and financially, it has become, a self- centred
Materialistic, power driven maniac of destruction!!!
In the process of becoming an advanced society,
We have neglected the essence of human existence,
our spiritual and human values!

But wait, it was all just a nightmare.
We live in "a perfect world"
It is "a wonderful world"
In the words of the late great
" Louis Armstrong".

We have been created in the image of perfection.
Our bodies function in perfect symphony.
Flora and Fauna balance their lifestyles harmoniously.
We can change the world!
By looking within and learning to Appreciate,
respect and protect, the simple pleasures of life.

By realising that we are both a physical and spiritual experience.
We need to nourish our spirit, with unconditional love and understanding of others.
Every single one of us, is capable of changing the world!
By uniting, taking a stand and setting free our "utopian spirit"!

So lets make the dream part of our lives, and make it,
"What`s right with the world" rather than
"What`s wrong with the world"!
Its up to you and me to,

Stop,
Listen,
Inhale and exhale
Make the difference
Set yourself free!!!!

In conclusion,
" Whats wrong with the world" or what we can do to make a "Wrong Right",
Is all up to each and everyone of us!
