Bali Children's Art Exhibiton

In 2004 the Australia Indonesia Arts Alliance held a Bali Art Competition with children from various schools across the North Coast such as Evans River School, St Finbarr’s Primary School, Main Arm Public School, The Channon Public School and the Byron Bay High School.

The children’s art was displayed at the ANZ Bank Byron Bay, Byron Cinemas and Mullumbimby Library. It was then displayed at the Seniwati Gallery in Ubud Bali and at two Primary Schools in Ubud.

Children from the Seniwati Gallery have now sent their artworks about their impressions of Australia to us in Byron Bay.

These artworks are now touring around schools in Northern NSW and will then be distributed to participating children at North Coast Schools. Our aim is to create cultural exchange and pen pal friendships between the children of both countries.
